30-day money-back guarantee

Zylo offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with Zylo for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Contact our support team through the in-app help channel and we will arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary but typically take 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing area in your Zylo account. Cancelling stops future renewals; you continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.
